In front of my inability to not think of past loves and pursue their present or future, I decided that I had to do something cathartic. Then on Friday afternoon in a little 'gray, damp and rain, after doing all the things you do when it is ugly outside and you have that little bit of a headache that keeps you happy at home, I thought the desserts are always well. Especially when they are chocolate.
So after my first performance in the kitchen last week (apple strudel ecceziunale, if you do not believe me ask my friend no more wading and even younger!) This week I am wrestling with the Brownies! Hooray hooray!
